Position Objective

This person will also be specifically responsible for driving the Company's Strategic Planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the Business Strategy document, and play an active role in coordinating the overall strategy formulation exercise involving all the stakeholders.

- Prepare Annual Operating Plan for the Business.

- Proactively scan the business environment to identify and evaluate business opportunities and challenges, and track competition / regulatory scenario. Highlight relevant strategic insights to the top management.

- Prepare / validate business plans including financial models for existing projects and new opportunities. Interface with consultants on the above, as required.

- Actively drive implementation of Corporate Initiatives at the business level in coordination with all HODs and internal teams. This will include working on process improvement, cost optimization, HR and other initiatives like Sustainability, Risk Management.

- Take ownership of the top management reviews and MIS / periodic reporting activities.
