Human Resource Trainee - Performance Management - Education (0-1 yrs)
Salary range - 8-10 LPA
Key Accountabilities :
- To implement and monitor performance management system across Business Units
- Execute timely completion of half-yearly reviews and goal setting
- Train and support delivery teams in formulation of SMART goals and having feedback conversations
- Ensure goal audits with Supervisors and help upscale the system with a better goal management program
- Gather feedback from the stakeholders and publish an action plan
- Lead annual increment and bonus cycles
- Competency mapping across bands and roles
- Undertake compensation bench marking exercise and maintain internal parity
Desired Skills, Qualification and Experience :
- Computer Science Engineering from a reputed Engineering college
- Full time MBA with a specialization in Human Resources
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resources
- 0-1 years of HR experience and exposure in Performance Management.
