The role includes to work as a part of HR function initially at the project stage and later on HR Line function.

1. Manpower planning and staffing for productivity and co optimization.

2. Capability building through learning & training - building effective system

3. Compliance to internal control, guidelines / Statutory Compliance / Control of Contractors / EHS Initiatives & Compliance

4.Managing Outsourced employees and Outsourcing companies; Intial training, build capacity for skill development, Welfare and Engagement

5. Employee Engagement through Scorecard and Engagement Survey
