- Role is to handle corporate HR Role, HR business partnering role, talent acquisition and talent management strategy, training and OD, PMS, Rewards, lead the designing centre, HR operations, change management, support various other HR initiatives or projects undertaken by Head HR
- Familiarity with assessment centers will be an added advantage
- Prefer profiles from matrix working environment operating in global companies and having strong business acumen with entrepreneurial bent of mind Leadership skills to engage collaborate and motivate a large team of stakeholders Articulate and well-read with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality, assertive with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach.
