Human Resource Management - XLRI/TISS (7-10 yrs)
Our client is India Head quartered conglomerate. They are setting up a green field project in West Bengal. They are looking for THE BEST TALENT in the Industry.
Following Criteria is a Must for the candidate
1) Must be from the Best premium Business School. (TISS, XL, SCMHRD, SIBM MDI or XISS. )
2) Must be able to speak Bengali.
3) Must have a Strong experience in handling IR
4) Must have work Culture from a green field enviornment
5) Must have experience in setting up various HR systems.
