Experience Level: 8-10 years  Qualification : MBA from a premier institute  Should be very strong with communication skills  Job Location : Noida  Major responsibilities :   - Develop strong business understanding and enabling managers in effective execution.  - Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual promotions, annual performance management,) according to geographic/entity guidelines.  - S Support career counselors and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, and advising/approving required and elective training appropriate for their development.  - Support on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.  - Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues.  - Support and advise executives on HR policy, ensure compliance to the company's policies.  - Team with other HR Representative Generalists to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital.  - Coordinate the implementation of people programs and initiatives.  - Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and HRBPs.  - Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met viz training related to health and safety of employees, diversity and inclusion etc.  - Developing & implementing effective induction programs
