Human Resource Consultant - BPR - XLRI/TISS/IIM/ (3-8 yrs)
Summary
The person in this position is responsible for supporting implementation of Business Process Re-engineering, HR Organization Operating model design, Talent Management Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Transformation engagements and Performance Management & Rewards sub offerings.
Job Responsibility
- Developing the client base under the offering and solution projects in the areas of resource transformation & talent management.
- Manage the resource transformation & talent management delivery engagements at client site and in day to day interactions.
- Manage project team under distributed delivery model, Monitor and control the project budget, resource management and highlight risks to the program executive.
Job Specification
- Should have experience in knowledge and application of Business Process Re-engineering & Process Design Methodology.
- should have experience in Human resource Policy Design and harmonization.
- should have experience in organizational Design, Process Design and Change Management.
- Should have experience in Design and deployment of Human resource Service Delivery Model across diverse set of organizations.
- Knowledge of ERP (Oracle/SAP)
- Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key Human resource processes
- Hands of Experience on Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Process Optimization
- Should have experience in Performance Measurement, Rewards Audit and Strategic Role Assessment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree/Post graduation in Human resource Domain. XLRI, TISS, IIM, MDI, FMS, IIFT candidates would be preferred.
- 5-6 years of experience.
