Human Resource Advisor - BFSI/BPO

Looking for HR Advisor for our leading client based in Pune and Chennai

Required Candidate Experience :

- Looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience into HR Strategy/Advisory role

- Candidates from Premier B-School will be preferred.

- Ready to work as an Independent Consultant

Key Result Areas :

- Be responsible for the performance management, employee engagement, talent development for a significant set of employees. Will advise the business leadership teams on talent management, talent acquisition, development needs and performance assessment for the designated set of employees

- Support the implementation of efficiency & effectiveness improvement initiates of company's operations from HR standpoint. This will also entail getting the on the ground feedback from the business managers and leaders on the ground and also supporting the change management efforts

- Contribute to the culture transformation to entrench and maintain the culture for innovation, entrepreneurship, customer service, self enhancement in all professional & personal aspects

Key Attributes :

HR practitioner with good education credentials with an impressive track record & knowledge pertaining to various HR aspects - Talent management, Employee engagement, Performance management, Learning & Development etc.

- Innovative thinker

- Interest and aptitude to change the status quo rather than only maintaining the status quo

- Skills to be able to establish oneself as the strong voice & respected professional in HR aspects within the organization including effective communication skills, persuasion skills etc.

- Ability to work under defined timelines and be result oriented
