- Manpower planning and recruiting high quality talent
- Facilitate Organization Design and Restructuring as per business requirements and best practices
- Manage the annual performance reviews and compensation reviews
- Assist Head - Human Capital in development and implementation of fair and competitive compensation and benefits philosophy / strategy to retain and motivate employees
- Ensure a healthy Employment Relationship through positive work culture and progressive HR policies/ practices.
- Monitor implementation of HR policies and conduct periodical reviews to ensure consistency and effectiveness of implementation
- Provide professional advice and support at various levels of the organization on a wide range of HR issues
- Providing support and functional expertise to Head - Human Capital on various HR/ people related matters for the Group Companies
- Develop and maintain an external network of professional and technical contacts to keep well informed about trends and developments in HR.
- Manage various special HR Projects like JE implementation, compensation benchmarking and pay range design, 360 degree feedback process for Max Group
