Job Description

- Partner with the business to drive Human Resource strategies

- Lead a team of Human Resource professionals to deliver quality value added services;

- Drive quality deliverables throughout the Line of Service;

- Be a thought leader on Human Capital matters pan India

The desired candidate has to be an expert in

- Driving Human Capital Strategy

- Strong Knowledge of compensation strategy and philosophy

- Driving performance management

- Change management

- Leading a Team of Competent Human Resource Professionals

MBA (HR) from Premium B schools with 12+ yrs of strong HR experience preferably from the IT/Consulting/FMCG Sector would be considered for this role.

CTC Range : 50-60 Lacs
