For my current assignment with a top HR Consulting firm, I am looking for a Lead - Human Capital Consulting for the Western Region.

Requirements:

1. The person should be from Consulting background

2. Should have worked in a leadership role

3. Strong Talent Management, Organisation design and Organisation restructuring experience

4. Miminum 15 years of total experience in the HR space preferably all in Consulting

5. The person will be managing large teams, managing the business, will have P&L responsibility. Will be a thought leader in the system

6. Base location will be Mumbai
