Essential Qualification : B.E./ B Tech (MUST)., MBA

Throughout 60% plus in academics is mandatory

Experience : 6 - 8 yrs.

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

SWOT based analysis of market & Hughes in education business for expansion & development of new segments/content partners in Technical & Management Education courses for delivery over technology.

Acquisition of new Content Providers.

- Planning and developing innovative programs for Retail and Corporate segment from existing institutes.

- Engaging new institutes and tie-us for retail and corporate programs

- Designing technical and e-MDP programs in consultation with relevant institutes.

- Engaging with faculty from existing partner institutes as well and new institutes for participation in Hughes branded programs. Institutional Alliances/ Tie-ups with colleges/Business schools

Skills:

- Academic exposure, for content and syllabi of Management and Technical certification programs.

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to interact with Senior Faculty/ Dean/ Director of top B-schools in India
