This manager will lead the inventory group while working closely with several other departments within the organization to ensure great overall quality of each listing, smooth integration of new sellers and their properties, and drive new projects that aim to support and better the inventory of properties listed on Hubzu.   Responsibilities:   - Drive planning and execution of Inventory Operations projects that aim to better the quality and quantity of inventory on Hubzu   - Lead others within the inventory operations group  - Define appropriate controls to ensure quality of each listing displayed on Hubzu  - Define listing requirements in detail to ensure clear communication and reporting to new and existing sellers   - Be a champion of new ideas within the group and organization  - Implement efficiencies which allow for rapid growth in the number and types of properties  - Create and disseminate regular reporting of inventory metrics and project updates to upper management and the rest of the organization   Key Result Areas:  - Identify and champion new business opportunities related to inventory on Hubzu   - Become an expert on real estate information and how best to obtain and display it for maximum marketing effectiveness   - Support and grow the other Inventory Operations employees  - Continuous implementation of processes improvement initiatives  Required Knowledge and Skills:  - 7+ years of experience in a fast paced technical operations position  - 5+ years in eCommerce retail company  - 3+ years of management experience   - Proven success in program management  - Hands on approach to all projects   - Ability to work well with other departments, business units, and offices located throughout the world   - Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or software engineering   - Master’s degree is a plus but not required  - Smart, focused person who thrives on rethinking old paradigms  - Entrepreneurial mindset.
