Join Hubzu and there will never be a dearth of interesting conversations!   Responsibilities & Skills:  - Define and track relevant conversion metrics for on-line marketing campaigns, Should be able to analyze the effect of campaigns, pre-post analysis, test vs. control group analysis.  - Monitor, analyze, summarize and report online product campaign delivery & performance metrics on weekly basis for both individual campaigns and in aggregate  - Perform analysis on website traffic & conversions, identify important funnel, generate actionable insights and provide recommendations for improvement.  - Adopt a test and learn approach to marketing. Partner with Quant team/Marketing to adopt a more scientific approach to marketing.  - Work in collaboration with teams across geo locations and Web Analytics teams to ensure all online and email campaigns are tracked comprehensive and accurate metrics  Skills & Qualifications:  - Should be familiar with eCommerce business and eCommerce metrics : conversions, listings, sell through, buying funnels etc   - Should have had good exposure to at-least two online marketing channels: SEM, SEO, affiliate/partner marketing, email, re-marketing, social media marketing.  - Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and other online web analytics tools a must. Should understand tagging structure and best practices.   - Proactive, creative problem solver with a need & affinity for telling campaign performance stories through data  - Must Have Skills: SQL, Excel and Google Analytics   - Advanced skills in SQL, Google Analytics (API) and Excel/VBA Macros are a definite plus!  - Education: Bachelors in a Quant field like Engineering or Economics from a premier college; MBA is a plus but not required  - Experience: 2-6 years of which min 2 yrs of experience in Online Marketing.  Kindly share your profile if the above is of your interest.
