To assume P&L responsibility for Hub operations and ensure effective service delivery and functioning of the associated branches by managing:  - Profitability and development of core and key accounts operations  - Delivery of high quality service to customers in accordance with company polices  - Harmonious industrial relations supported by ER team  - Effective partner relationships  - Adherence to all legal and statutory compliances  Operations Management  - Formulate and implement Hub strategy based on overall business strategy  - Directly accountable for planning and organizing hub operations  Business Performance  - Ensure achievement of hub profitability targets  - Accountable for growth and retention of Key and Core Accounts  Client Relationship Management  - Strive to understand customer's needs and deliver the right/customized solutions  Partner Management  With support from Procurement team:  - Manage and strengthen partner relationship to enable collaboration and achievement of common goals  Leadership & IR  With support from Hub HR and ER Team:  - Develop manpower budget &plans as per hub requirements  - Ensure recruitment of adequate number of quality direct and indirect manpower as per provisions
