Hub Country Supply Partner Manager - Bank

The position i.e. Hub Country Supply Partner Manager will be primarily responsible for facilitating the regional partnership between CRES and the supply partners driving migration and overseeing the entire Project and Facilities management at the Bank.

We are looking at candidates with more than 12 + years of experience in influencing supply partners, relationship owners and other stakeholders to delivery future focused supply partner solutions at a Regional level. Must be able to embed best practise from leading industry exemplars of supply partnerships into the partnership aligned to Head of Supply Partner Management’s guidance.

The position is based with a reputed Bank in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

- Ensures regional alignment with group strategic intent for the partnership.

- Sets and drives the regional vision and objectives of the partnership(s).

- Lead the development of the partnership(s) to optimised regional geographic and service scope.

- Leads partnership regional innovation and change forum.

- Regional point of escalation between CRES and Supply partner.

- Leads regional change management for transformation activities for the partnership.

- Resolves performance management issues at a regional level.

- Undertake the regional role for disseminating and mentoring regional teams of SPM policy, standards, process advice for the SPM (read also CM for remainder of document) job family.

- Leads definition and implementation of regional training/development needs.

- Supports Group Head of Supply Partner Management to develop policy, process, innovation, change.

- Conduct assurance testing on Regional SPM relationships to provide evidence of compliance with all group policies, procedures and standards.

Operational risk

- Providing second line assurance for SPM your operational risk responsibilities include Providing assurance that all material risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored and reported in accordance with the operational risk framework

- Providing assurance that all applicable external laws and regulations and internal policies, procedures, limits and other risk control requirements are identified and implemented

- Propose control enhancements to ensure that any known risks are controlled within acceptable boundaries and to consistent standards

- Ensure Alignment of CRES strategy with risk appetite across the region

- Set the right tone for the risk management culture of the team in internal communications and performance objectives

You are also required to establish and implement an effective program of control reviews that verify that the process(s) you are responsible for are operating as designed and control are working effectively.
