Procurement Manager- Huawei Technologies

Position : Procurement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

At least 5 years purchase experience particular in ODC manpower & lease work forces domain.

Have good procurement experience to handle vendors like Infosys, wipro, Coganizant, Mindtree, Tech M, etc.

The Procurement Professional will be a general procurement specialist who is responsible for carrying out and analyzing RFP's (Request for proposal), RFQs (Request for Quotation) and RFI (Request for Information), negotiating rates with suppliers, maintaining relationships with both internal and external key stake holders, managing supplier relationship to a level consistent with Huawei's initiatives, addressing stakeholder issues and executing sourcing strategies as set out by the respective sourcing councils.

Other Roles and Responsibility includes :

- Interlock with clients, Finance, billing & buyers

- Drive Operational efficiency & timely renewal of Purchase Orders & Contracts

- Business Controls - Constantly educate clients on procurement process & bypass

- Business Operations - Improve delivery schedule, optimize PO & contract volumes

- MIS - Capturing spend profile, strategy for top spend suppliers, leverage across accounts, Business Ops

- Interlock with sourcing team on strategy & drive Cost Take Out, to be part of major negotiations.

- Client Satisfaction

- Driving/Supporting savings and cost take out.

- Vendor performance evaluation and management.

Required :

- Bachelor's Degree

- Experience (overall and relevant): 7 - 10 years, and at least 5 years In Procurement function only.

- Soft skills presentation & communication skills

- Capability of working proactively.

- Capability of working under pressure

- Capability of Time and priority management

- English : Fluent
