Scope of the Role:  To deliver research-based insights to support growth in reader engagement and reader base growth for HT Media's flagship brand Hindustan Times for the Rs 1000 cr business in Delhi+North. Additionally support the HT.com and StudyMate businesses with research and insights work.  Job Profile:  - Successfully running the ongoing Tracks as well as the Customized researches for HT Delhi, HT NCR  - Support the HT.com and StudyMate businesses with research and insights work  - Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and with external agency partners  - Effectively managing the allocated budget for the above goals  Key Deliverables:  Goal 1 - Continuous Researches  - Managing the quarterly NPS track, quarterly IRS reporting, weekly reader panel reporting, as per templates for HT Delhi and HT NC  - Additionally ensuring Quality Control and long term cost effectiveness in each of these  Goal 2 - Customized Researches  - Effectively design, execute and report back on customized research in the area of product design, feature design, analytics etc.  - This would also include a few specific studies in the emerging businesses of Education (StudyMate) and Digital (HT.com, DesiMartini.com)  Goal 3 - Relationship management  - To be an effective team member in the interfacing with senior editors, marketing team and circulation team  - Similarly, managing external agency relationships across levels and agencies to ensure ongoing success  Desired Candidate Profile:  - Education - MBA with UG in any quant-heavy field like Engineering/Commerce  - Experience - 5-8 years experience in research across max of 2 organizations. Experience in one of the top 6 research agencies is essential (IMRB, Nielsen, TNS, Ipsos/Indica/Synovate, GfK Mode, Evalueserve, AbsolutData)  - Competence - Good analytical skills, communication skills, people management skills (team/customers)
