HT Media - Manager/Sr Manager - Brand Solutions (3-7 yrs)

Job Role:

- Strategize and develop brand equity through continuous monitoring of competitive landscape to recommend innovative planning brand solutions

- Act as a business partner and innovatively process client briefs in collaboration with the Sales team to drive business growth

- Innovate and drive new trade engagement platforms by planning and leading the 360 deg engagement strategy

- Evolve client engagement through engaging and high impactful solutions to drive repeat business

- Establish and lead processes to achieve operational efficiency & drive cost optimization

- Develop an effective resource planning mechanism to ensure optimal utilization of internal resources for an enhanced output

KRAs:

- Individual revenue closure: Work with various stakeholders above to create, conceptualize and sell brand solutions.

- This will include creating Proactive and Reactive pitches for business and developing business pipelines for future

- Integrate propositions across multi-media platforms like Print+Radio+Digital

- Work across various business divisions and products of the HT Media group

- Evaluation Criteria: Achievement of Financials 20%, Number of Quality pitches (proactive + reactive) 40%, Quality of Execution 20%, People Partnership 20%

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3-4 years of work experience, 6-8 years of work ex for non-MBA/Tier 3 schools

- MBA from tier 1-2 schools preferred

Past experience: Marketing + Sales in FMCG/ Durables/Auto/BFSI/eCommerce/Media- Radio ( well versed with understanding of brands/marketing concepts)

- Experience in Events Sales in a media company or even in an event agency shall be appreciated

- Should have done sales stint for atleast 2 years

- Should be aware of the Indian Media Industry, Terms and Terminologies such as IRS, Tam etc

- Sound understanding of the digital space is a must

- Ability to work in a matrix environment across various departments like Sales, Marketing and Editorial (Product)
