Position: Research & Insights role within Marketing Function  Job Location Gurgaon  Level Deputy Manager  Reporting to : Manager - Insights / Senior Manager - Insights  Scope of the role:  1. Manage all aspects of all continuous studies for HT Delhi - track, panel  2. Manage all Education studies as FPR (First Person Responsible)  Job Profile:  1. Manage all aspects of all tracks (weekly panel, six monthly NPS) for HT Delhi  a. Operations including QC, Change management  b. Insighting and reporting  c. Agency relationship management  d. Budgets  2. Manage operations of Education studies including a few as FPR (First Person Responsible) after 3 months  a. Operations including QC  b. Insighting and reporting  c. Additional responsibility on FPR projects - Brief closure, design closure, final reporting, interlinking with other studies  3. Build complete learnings on all research tools used to support the brands and business growth on both B2C and B2B   Functional Skills :  1. Thorough understanding of MR process - achieving timelines & quality of delivery  2. Comfort and understanding of Quantitative & Qualitative research  3. Commercial acumen - ability to estimate costs & identify best option   4. Team influencing - extremely important as this position needs cross-functional interaction on a regular basis.  The right person Education: MBA  Experience: 2-3 Years of Market Research, work ex with leading MR agencies  Desired Competencies  1. Strategic thinking - ability to constantly contextualize the immediate with the larger picture.  2. Team working   3.
