Job Description:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research, business model analysis and competitive benchmarking and market analysis. Develop business cases and plans based on market study and financial analysis.
- Analyze financial statements (including high level modeling capability) to develop and support strategic insights, working closely with CXO level.
- Involve in consulting engagements including go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, turnaround strategy, revenue enhancement, cost reduction, operational transformation and organizational strategy.
- End to end program management and delivery of key strategic initiatives/ transactions. Leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction.
- Delivering significant business results that utilize strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, and taking individual initiative.
Desired candidate:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Ability to create accurate spreadsheets in Excel, Access and presentations in PowerPoint), data management
- Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various situations and audiences
- At least 2 year of experience in strategic consulting, business analysis and involves interfacing with C-Level management
- Strong communication, presentation and analysis skills
- Effective written communication skills - capable of making clear, effective presentations
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Good problem solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a high growth environment.
- Analyzing and quantifying complex strategic questions tied to shareholder value
- Strong business financial acumen
- MBA from premier B school.
