HT Media - AM/DM/Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering (4-7 yrs)
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies including job posting optimization, marketing channel development, digital & non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning etc, to develop high quality active candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with functional managers, to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process
- Effectively builds and engages with talent pool through social media outlets
- Create and execute employee branding activities to position Shine.com as a Great Place to Work
- Design and maintain applicant database through various sourcing channel
HR Business Partnering:
- Provide HR Business Partner service and support to defined support area and ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR
- Manage the local HR Management Function to ensure effective value to the organization.
- Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that HR Standards/Procedures are fully understood and implemented within support area
- Implement and update guidelines and policies in order to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other HR relevant HR functions and other departments
- Ensure proper handling of respective administration tasks
- Be change agents and constantly strive to build HR Credibility across the organization
- Take ownership for key HR initiatives/projects - PMS, Employee Engagement, T&D etc
- Ensured prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
- Ability to function in an unstructured/high stress environment
- Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player with HIGH DEGREE OF INTEGRITY; supervisory and management skills
- Good organization and problem-solving skills
- Good MS-office skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
- University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject HR/Personnel Management)
- Minimum of 4 - 7 years progressive work experience in the field of HR and working with Sales teams
- Project management experience preferable
- English fluent (written and oral)
- MS-Office skills
