HT - Manager - Real Estate Sales

Primarily require:

- Candidates with proven experience is selling Real Estate Assets (candidates having HNI/NRI database shall be given preference)-

- Experience in Real Estate portfolio management and contractual negotiations preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills required

Job Role Overview:

- Main purpose of this job is to plan and execute Exit strategy for the real estate assets held by HT Media under the 'Strategic Partnership' business line.

- The incumbent will be responsible to ensure profitable exit/sales on a regular basis.

- Additionally, the incumbent will be required to initiate, execute and close the strategic partnerships with various clients, with focus on real estate deals.
