Description - The position is a part of the Compensation and Benefits Management group. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

 - To manage the human resource information system at the corporate office of the company.

 - Responsible for spearheading initiatives to automate HR Processes related to HR on Sap HR.

 - Responsible for the development, implementation and coordinating of all transactional HR processes in line with Organisation and department business plans.

 - To review and make HR policies and processes to make the functioning of HR Department effective and efficient in line with the changing needs of customer expectations.

 - To utilize the potential of SAP-HR and Information Technology to make the processes IT enabled backed by strong and correct database.

 - Quality Management (Daily Management & Policy Management) activities of HR Services

 - Handling the query and concerns of the officers who have any query related to any data correction, salary, HRA or any other type
