POSITION: Mgr /Sr Mgr HRBP - Transitioning & Transformation

LOCATION : Gurgaon

COMPANY : Telecom MNC

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :

- Partner with Unit Leaders on HR deliverables

- Report and control HC for all units

- Ensure HR Process Compliance within timelines

- Liaise with SSC for smooth resolution of employee issues

- SPOC for HR delivery at Operational level

- Be a catalyst in the recruitment process

- Ensure timely flow of information to SSC on exits

- Responsible for Exit/Attrition Analysis for units

- Employee Engagement and develop a connect with the respective teams

- Must have experience in handling assignments for HR transitioning, responding to RFP's & enabling organizational change management.

- Handling / responding to RFPs would be an advantage

Qualifications: Full time MBA from Premier B-schools only with at least 6-8 years relevant experience.
