Job Description

- 0-3 years experience in learning & development (facilitation, program management)
Focus Area
1. Training Delivery and Execution
- Identify training needs & provide focused learning solutions for Corporate Business Units
- Training delivery through select trainers, business champions and external trainers.
- Training Budget (Forecast v/s Actual)
- Coordinate, implement, and manage training programs
- Develop course schedules and handle admistration of training operations
- Seamless end to end coordination of Training Programs. Support live classroom set-up
- Provide project management support for the Training programs
- Develop and maintain project communications including status reporting, meeting facilitation and report-outs, stakeholder management
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Implementation of Risk Management Training Framework
- Learning Roadmap Actualization
2. Stakeholder Management
- Manage training calendar & related communciation for both internal programs as well as external programs
- Communication (MIS/ Update to National Training Manager)
- Ongoing discussion with BU Heads, Line managers to execute L&D strategy Corporate Business Functions.. Mandatory Trainings (100% coverage)
- Engagement with YSB members, BU SPOCs, HCM partners, INM, Business Partner etc
- Vendor Management
3. Training Governance
- 100% adherence to Processes
- Maintenance & Publishing reports to Corporate Units
- Training Audit (No adverse comments/findings)
4. Training Impact
- Post training evaluation (Kirkpatrick's Model)
5. Organization Wide Initiatives
- Special Initiatives
