HR - Talent Management (2-7 yrs)
Manager - HR (Talent Management)
Location - Mumbai
CALL TIMINGS (ALL 7 DAYS) - 11.00 AM - 6.00 PM (EXCLUDING 2 - 4 PM)
* Lead the timely development of the required capabilities and provide "best in class"talent management processes, frameworks, tools to provide impetus to the talentmanagement initiative.
* Provide support and guidance to the network of Sector and Functional Talent Councils to identify, map and assess potential leadership resources.
* Facilitate to identify and plan Career moves for Hi-Pot talent and plan for Succession for critical Positions in the Organization and also to generate leadership bench-strength for the future.
* Continuously building the capability of the business in terms of skills and competencies by developing a clear Development Strategy for the Hi-Pots.
* Implementing the strategy by delivering leading edge initiatives in this respect by linking developmental interventions to the Career Transition Point which includes Career moves across sectors/functions, short/long term overseas assignments, Membership to the Shadow Boards & Cross-functional teams, Carrying out Development Centres and plan learning interventions based on the individual development action plan.
* Drive the Assessment Development Centre process and facilitate periodic review of the action plan based on the feedback.
* Conceptualizing and championing the on-line integration of Talent Management systems with IT for the Company and implementing the same.
* Supporting other Central HR and Management Development initiatives like Leadership lifecycle programs, Working in Project Teams and other Business Specific HR initiatives from a design and facilitative perspective.
Preferred Profile:
* MBA ( 2 yrs full time - pass out 2008 or 2009 )from a top-tier institution (XLRI, TISS, SIBM, SCMHRD, MDI, IMT, NMIMS, FMS - DELHI, MICA XIMB, JBIMS,) an independent “out-of-the-box” thinker
* 2 - 3 years experience in Talent management
* Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs and assessment centers
* High on drive, perseverance and execution excellence
* A good communicator and team player
