The opening is with a leading Pharmaceutical group for their Ho in Mumbai.
Experience – MBA with 8 - 13 Yrs of experience.
Position Title: Sr Manager - HR
Role Title: HR Systems & Analytics
Mastery over Excel and hands on knowledge of HR ERP [SAP/People soft] is a must
- Monthly consolidation of HR Reports & sending out on timelines to corporate & Regional Business/HR Heads
- Generating/Reflecting on various HR analytics flowing of said reports
- Periodic monitoring of SAP HR Hygiene
- Integrating data with Annual Manpower planning exercise.
- Assignments using SAP/HR technology to increase efficiencies of processes like
- Employee hiring / separation
- Participate in cross-functional teams / projects related to HR technology
- Helping HR business partners/ internal customers with proactive data analytics/data
Knowledge skills & competencies:-
- Strong hands-on HR ERP knowledge (SAP, PeopleSoft, etc)
- Strong hands-on advanced excel knowledge, ability to write Macros
- Ability to link ERP & Excel through Macros/programs for faster data downloads & interpretation
- Knowledge on HR processes like employee hiring, separation, HRIS (MIS) essential. Desirable: Manpower planning & salary/wage administration
