Job Description:
- Strategic Business Partner for Retail Banking & Business Banking Business.
Manpower planning:
- Determine manpower needs for each Business and advice accordingly.
- Implement manpower plans and monitoring the process as per policies.
- Administer all manpower requisitions and staff movements ensuring that they are in accordance with the approved organization chart.
- Providing statistical analysis
Talent Acquisition:
- Recruitment of all positions as per manpower plan.
Talent Engagement:
- Design and implement various employee engagement initiatives
Talent Management:
- Conducting Exit interview and analyzing the same.
Succession Planning:
- Managing Promotion & career planning
- Retention & Redeployment of the critical resources.
- Identifying Training Need and coordinating with the Learning center accordingly
C & B Advisor:
- Reward Administration. Salary revision in line with the compensation survey.
- Managing Performance Appraisal Process across India.
(KRA Setting / Performance Review/ Rating Review / Performance discussions)
- Policy Clarification. New policymaking and modification of the old ones.
- Process owner for Campus Recruitment
- Conducting Induction and knowledge trainer.
- Vendor Management
