HR Strategic Delivery Manager - Human Capital Management Team

Our client is currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Strategic Delivery Manager to join their Human Capital Management team and an organisation that is committed to growth.

Reporting to the Head of People Development and Engagement you will be required:

To lead the implementation and engagement with HR strategies and initiatives to further enhance company's high performing culture and business objectives.

To manage a portfolio of strategic Human Resource / Organisational Development people projects ensuring full integration and alignment across projects and business units, applying an implementation, monitoring and governance approach to program delivery.

To interpret HR strategy by designing program elements associated with operationalizing the strategic intent and delivering against key objectives.

Develop broad collaborative relationships across operational streams and influence Senior Leaders and stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of HR / OD programs and projects.
