HR Specialist for a renowned Management Consulting Group

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), run by an IIT, IIM graduate, D.Bose since 1982. We partner renowned Indian Conglomerates and MNCs in their executive search.

Currently we have been mandated by the management consulting wing of one of the most reputed conglomerates worldwide, to assist them in their leadership hiring.

We are looking for an exceptional HR Functional Specialist to manage across the Group globally the specific aspects of HR –

- Job analysis and Evaluation

- Organization structure

- PMS , Performance and Rewards

- The position would be based at Mumbai.

- We are looking for HR Champions/Specialists with strategic and innovative bent of mind. He/she would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR systems in Job band analysis and evaluation and Organization Structure redesign.

- We invite applications from premier B School graduates (XLRI, SCMHRD, TISS, and like institutes) working with reputed corporate /consulting firms with revelant specialist experience in any of the following areas - PMS, Comp and Ben analysis and structuring , Job evaluation.

- Should have 6-8 years of experience, post qualification.
