They are looking for a driven individual to set up their Shared Services centre based out of Bangalore  Job Description:  Reporting to the HR Director- India, you will be responsible for:  - Execute the key functional stakeholders management strategy through a well managed communication and engagement plan for the global shared services centre  - Actively support service management in executing stakeholder management strategy in ramping up and setup of the Shared Services Centre   - Ensuring high client satisfaction by validating service delivery meets agreed upon client requirements for service with the service management team   - Lead, with appropriate support from service management, operational issue resolution / escalation management  - Ensure Operational Stability with a client-centric mindset in all processes   Please note that this is an individual contributor role  The Successful Applicant:  - The successful applicant must carry 10+ years of generalist HR experience and shared services set-up.   - Experience in a shared services set-up and IT/IT enabled services is mandatory.   - A full-time PG qualification in HR is a must along with professional experience in a reputed MNC.
