Responsibilities:

- Project Management across geographies and businesses

- HR digitization and technological interventions

- Process Design and Transformation

- Driving stakeholders, projects and processes across branches and geographies

- Ensuring proper implementation of HR Operations & Lifecycle Activities pan India

- Company-wide Talent Analytics

- Preparation and circulation of various Employee related dashboards for relevant stakeholders
