HR Professional - Employer Branding & Communications - Conglomerate (7-9 yrs)

We are looking for a Strong HR professional who is innovative and individually skilled rather than technical for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.

Role : Employer branding and Communications

Education : MBA from Tier 1 / Tier II institutes (Batch 2006-2010)

Location : Mumbai

Preferring HR Generalist / Staffing background person (even if not in branding also, would work), High enthusiastic, excellent communicator and creative person to develop the tools and initiatives to maximize the company's image as an Employer of Choice, in a tight and challenging global talent market with aggressive competition for qualified high potential candidates.

Job Details :

- Role is the custodian of the Group's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as well as Employer Brand (EB).

- To design and implement various initiatives and programs to support and enhance the Group's Employer Brand proposition across all platforms.

- This would involve internal and external branding through Career fairs, campus branding, social media strategy, external events and internal employer branding.

- Accountable for Campus Branding, Promotional Event Branding Internal Branding, Communication and Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities :

- Employer Brand Management from scratch through various innovative initiatives

- Networking with top management for Building the Employer Branding Strategy, recommending viable communication & branding solution, conceptualize and deploy ideas and frameworks,

- Creating buzz internally & externally for Group company, Carrying out regular/ innovative offline and online promotional activities including special events, presentations, seminars, mail campaigns, and surveys to promote and educate Group's brand, value, and business direction

- Partner with Vendors in devising their Branding Strategy and provide them insights, ideas and best practices
