HR Planning - IT/Telecom (6-8 yrs)

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Education B.E ( CS, ECE, IT, EE) Full Time + MBA HR Full time, Score min 60% throughout academics

Job Role :

HR Planning:

- Effective in creating a good working environment, relationship building and professional development

- Establishing performance benchmarks in handling multifarious HR policies & procedures including human behavior & performance

Performance Management System:

- Implementing the PMS system, KRA (MBO) setting, Facilitating the entire process, Summarizing and generating the report & submitting drafts for final approvals.

- Half Yearly Appraisal & Annual Performance Appraisal, Performance Improvement Plan: Acting as a link between employees of support vertical and the managers to get the appraisal completed, analyzing the data and helping the top management to come out with the conclusive report.

- Coordinating employee counseling sessions to understand employee concerns and redress their grievances.

Competency Mapping:

- Responsible for Handling the Need Analysis of the Group based on the appraisals and feedback from the Managers. This report then gets sent to the Manager HR and is considered to be one of the effective means of analyzing organizational needs.

- Get inputs from employees of Internal Data Systems for improvement in the following perspectives: Business Focus, Customer Focus, Process Improvement & Capability.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Fixing compensation and providing salary inputs to the payroll department.

- Employee Separation, Conducting Exit interviews, providing feedback to the respective supervisors, and providing F&F settlement inputs to the payroll department.

Talent Management:

- Collaborate with technical heads to design and lead the talent management at the organization

- Knowledge on International Position Evaluation would be an added advantage

- Administering the reward system.

- Drive Performance Improvement Plan to identify and correct the identified and expected skill gaps

- Identification and nurturing the internal talent through talent management programmes.
