HR Operations & Systems Manager - Hospitality Chain

A leading Hospitality chain with luxury properties across the world is looking for a HR Operations and Systems Manager to implement and roll out our new HRIS. You will be responsible for data loading, creation of workflow processes and user manuals, training super users and communicating the roll out across our global business.

In addition you will :

- Be responsible for people metrics and reporting

- Providing data analysis and insights to drive business performance

- Ensure statutory reporting requirements are met in all jurisdictions

- Provide ad-hoc reports and assist with ad-hoc data analytics

- What does success in this role look like- A successful HR Operations & Systems manager is:

- Experienced in implementing a HRIS

- Strong understanding of the mechanics of HRIS including structure, functions and processes and experience with database tools

- Able to perform duties including testing, data mapping, maintaining security, creating reports and queries and training users

- Has an understanding of HR processes and data in order to ensure correct implementation

- Able to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data being familiar with pivot tables, VLook Ups and Microsoft Excel formulas
