HR Operations Role - Service Industry (3-7 yrs)

Job role :
- Employees Onboarding/Joining/Exit Formalities:
- Preparing Induction Plan for completion of joining/onboarding of employees
- Data monitoring and coordination for Appointment/Offer letter roll out.
- Coordinating with Legal Team for changes in the clauses with regards to Offer letter Template
- MIS preparation and coordination for completing the induction and joining formalities
- Ensuring and Facilitating Bank accounts for employees onboarded
- Follow up and closures in pending documents
- Coordination with PF/ESIC Team on TIC nos and UAN nos for employees on boarded
- Coordinating with Payroll/Regulatory Team in smooth processing and completion of exit formalities for resigned candidates
Payroll /Salary Process Activities :
- Adherence to Payroll / Attendance Cycle
- Full and Final Settlement Processing
- Coordinating with Regional HR on monthly attendances, releases
- Ensuring Payroll Team provides Reconciliation between Salary Register and Payouts
- Coordinating with Finance/Accounts Team for Debit/Credit Notes
- Employees grievances are addressed
- Client issues resolved within timelines and ensuring smooth processing
- Regulatory/Statutory compliances:
- Post On boarding of employees coordinating with Compliance Team for mapping/generating employees PF/ESIC (TIC) Nos.
- Aligning and updating process on the Leave/OT cards/ID Cards and remittances for the statutory dues, providing challans/ECR to client with the Legal Team.
