Position : HR Operations - Payroll  Company : A leading NBFC   Division : Human Resources  Location : BKC, Mumbai  Principal Accountabilities :  - Managing Payroll Processing (SAP) involving Payroll Processing, input data collection, computation of salaries and filing of PF, TDS, ESIC and other statutory returns.  - Preparing Monthly Provision on Salaries, and other Salary Payments etc.  - Reconciliation of payroll registers with the books of accounts.  - Developing and maintaining documentation and controls for all payroll related activities and procedures; serving as the contact for all payroll related issues.  - Preparing Tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of Tax Returns as per the provisions of respective Tax Acts.  - Preparing Gratuity & Leave Encashment Accrual Valuation data.  - Yearly calculation of Leave Encashment, LTA & Bonus Data.  - Handling employees query pertaining to payroll  - Maintaining leave and Muster record for employee (SAP).  - Ensure Report submission to Internal Departments and to the Management, external agencies in TAT  - Prepare various Monthly MIS/ Dashboard/ Analytics on Manpower/ Headcount  - Advance knowledge in Excel required  Salary Range: 6-8 LPA  If interested, kindly apply to this post.   Forum Shah  Skillventory
