Job description:  - The professional would engaged in end to end delivery for IT   Key Deliverables:  - Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels:  a) job portals   b) networking and conducting referrals   c) Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing & future demands of the client.  - Develop and manage the recruitment process for business through sourcing; screening and short-list candidates; briefing and preparing candidates with relevant information; co-ordinate interview logistics; negotiation of remuneration packages ensuring business needs are met in a timely manner.  - Ensuring potential candidates are constantly nurtured also keeping track on their career aspirations thereby ensuring they are placed at the right place when a business opportunity arises.  - Develop and maintain cordial relations with Hiring manager to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities.  - Ensure healthy pipeline of prospects & Ensure customer satisfaction  - Comply with company policies and procedures including business principles; misconduct reporting procedure.  Essential attributes:  - 4 to 7 years of strong end to end recruitment lifecycle experience   - Energetic and passionate about providing right candidates to customers as per the time frames.  - Ability to work with peer groups and internal stakeholders  - Should have understanding/Experience of Domestic Recruitment.  - Basic understanding of the industry; planning, presentation and proposals  - Good listening skills and ability to capture document and communicate well with Hiring Managers  - Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines  - Driven and confident enough to take initiatives solve problems and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
