Responsibilities:

- Managing IJP's, Background Verification, Weekly reports, employee referrals etc.

- Vendor Management

- Stakeholder Management

- Salary Negotiations and Offer Closure.

- Work closely with Senior Business leaders (Hiring Managers/Sr. Managers/Associate Directors) in Strategizing & planning the recruitment model to meet hiring targets optimally.

- Maintaining MIS.

- Experience working with Corporate only.
