Our client, a Fortune 500 organization, one of the most reputed Automobile companies worldwide, have mandated us to assist them in their leadership hiring.
We are looking for HR Functional Specialists to champion Organisational Development.
The critical role is to enhance organizational performance through a focus on change management and designing organizational structure and processes -
1. Work on projects for Strategic Talent Management, People Focus Excellence and other interventions.
2. Improving people process
3. Designing an optional organization structure, Creating an effective decision matrix
4. Role Designs
5. Program Management for large initiatives
6. Arriving at the optimal number of work level
7. Conduct engagement surveys
8. Implement Internal Communication strategy covering employees through different channels and sites: Internal Portal, etc
The position would be based at Mumbai.
We are looking for HR Specialists with strategic and innovative bent of mind. He/she would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR systems in OD, Learning, Change Management, driving Organisational Effectiveness. Should have experience in devising and implementing development programs. Must be passionate about OD
