HR Manager - Vendor Management - BFSI

Please find the below JD:

- Develop, monitor, and maintain policies, programs, processes, and tools to support vendor partnerships

- Develop and monitor budgets and expenses related to vendor oversight.

- Lead and/or participate in related request for proposal (RFP) and other vendor selection activities.

- Lead and project manage vendor and program implementations

- Identify and engage appropriate HR team members and other key stakeholders in any vendor review, selection or update process

- Identify key stakeholders, communication channels & vehicles, warehousing of information and handle internal communication for any vendor changes

- Serve as primary vendor liaison including facilitating ongoing business reviews and just-in-time vendor feedback

- Provide ongoing review of metrics to ensure ongoing adherence to SLAs by vendors.

- Serve as internal escalation point for vendor service concerns and proactively work to resolve issues

- Manage, track, audit and escalate policy exceptions or issues related to vendors

- Work in partnership with Procurement to ensure proper contracts/SLAs are in place for any vendor negotiations/re-negotiations

- Create and deliver presentations to HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders on vendors (as needed)

- Engage in ongoing process improvements, ensure new vendor capabilities and programs are known, understood, and (if appropriate) implemented within the existing vendor network.
