Position : Team Member -HR(Asst. Mgr / Manager)

Reporting to : DGM - HR

Experience – (3 to 6 yrs) or (7 to 9 yrs)

Qualification : Any Graduation + MBA (MUST)

Role Details :

 - Prepare, review & monitor Annual Manpower Planning and Staffing Budget for ensuring productivity norms

 - Plan, implement, supervise, coordinate, and monitor recruitment strategies, to ensure availability of skilled manpower.

 - Ensure 'Best Practice' processes, systems and procedures are followed so that quality talent is recruited

 - Initiate various Employee Engagement Initiatives and drive effectively.

 - Handling operational activities like claims, settlement, policy related queries, employee communication etc.
