We have this excellent opening for an HR Manager with our MNC Client in Bangalore.

Our client is a US based telecom MNC, with their captive Development centers in Bangalore and Noida. They are the 3rd largest Telecom Service Providers in US.

Position: HR Manager - Strategic HR, Bangalore

Reports to Director - HR

Our client is looking for a Strategic HR Manager with 10 -13 years experience in Front end HR with hands on experience in working with the senior Leadership Team on HR strategies and implementation, ideally from an IT MNC Background.

- Working with the Leadership for the creation and implementation of HR Policies & process.

- The role involves handling a Team, responsible for the end to end Strategic HR activities from Recruitment to Exit. The person will be working with the Team, supporting areas like Recruitment, HR Strategies & Initiatives, HR policies & Process, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training/L&D, Organisation Development etc.

- Exceptional Communication and Business Negotiation Skills with the senior level business & HR team required.
