Our client is a very large, professionally managed, highly profitable MNC IT organization (catering to the needs of Banking organisations)-World Leaders in their field. Our clients have a headcount exceeding 3000 and ramping up their headcount very aggressively. Our clients seek to recruit a dynamic & experienced Manager-Talent Acquisition based at Pune to lead the IT Talent Acquisition initiatives. The position reports to the National Head-Talent Acquisition. The position will have a large team of reportees. Our clients offer excellent compensation commensurate with experience. This is a temporary assignment for 5 - 6 months

Job Profile

The incumbent will lead the Recruitment Team and ensure hiring of targeted numbers of IT professionals (at at all management levels-VP to Software Engineers). The ideal candidates will be Graduates / Engineers or MBAs with 9-17 years overall experience in Talent Acquisition in IT vertical. Must have led a team and have handled volume lateral hirings at all levels including leadership (VP & above) levels.
