HR Manager - Retail/Interior Design (11-19 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Team
- To provide all-round HR works
- Prepare monthly regular reports update, annual budget preparation, HR documentation and system administration and local labor law update
- To ensure the policies in compliance with the local legal requirements as well as corporate
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 10+ years relevant all rounded HR experience - majorly in achieving recruitment headcounts set for the year
- Fluent in English
- Hands on MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills with good business sense
- Mature, presentable, self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
- Prior working experience in either retail industry or interior design firm:
Retail industry: cover HK and China area, experience in MNC and FMCG desirable
Interior design firm: preferred candidate
