HR Manager - Retail

Our client has over 15 Exclusive Apple retail stores across India. we are looking for an Hr manager who can handle the all the Hr functions for these retail company with branches across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai Delhi and Vizag.

Candidate should have good communication skills

Should have good retail experience

Should be able to recruit candidates at various levels to run the retail stores.

Should be able to train the recruited candidates.

Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.

Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.

Monitor human resource performance and efficiency.

Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.

Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
