Opportunity with Leading Insurance Company in Mumbai for 2 HR Manager for 2 regions (1 for West and another for south region).

The candidate will be responsible for hiring for all channels including tied, alternate channel and direct marketing.

The modes of recruitment will include direct hiring; walk INS, candidate referrals, campus recruitment and importantly vendor management

Initially the responsibility will be of talent acquisition and over a period of 6 months the position will move to generalist role.

This would be a team handling role. The role will also involve stakeholder management, looking over parameters like cost, quality and quantity as well.

The candidate will be reporting into Head - HR
