Role: Manager HR ( PMS )
Job Description:
1. To execute the monthly PMS
2. To partner with Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Team to execute all TM interventions (PIP, PDP, etc)
3. To create & maintain Standard Operating Procedure document
4. Partner with C&B team for the monthly & 6 monthly incentive file
5. To share monthly & quarterly analysis on PMS with Business
6. Share PMS learning’s – Feedback / surveys & chalk out clear action plans
7. To provide training & refresher workshops related to PMS
