Job Code 001 {Designation – Sr. Manager/ Div. Manager Human Resources (PMS)}
Role:
- Drive and front end PMS implementation in a robust manner to assigned business units / plants by engaging with respective stakeholders
- Independently conduct Town halls etc for knowledge dissemination
- Conduct PMS data analysis for meaningful inferences and action planning
- Participate in various company / group wide projects related to PMS
- Suggest solutions to tweak process / systems, as and when reqd.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HR
Education: MBA (HR)
Location: Mumbai
Knowledge required:
- Candidates with specific exposure to PMS conceptualization, implementation (not restricted to PMS co-ordination only) in large organizations along with consulting exp / good generalist exp is essential.
- Creative methods to drive implementation exploiting different channels
- Analytical, presentation, interpersonal, logical reasoning skills on the higher side
Skills Required:
- Fair understanding of all HR organizational processes including Balanced Scorecard, Compensation
- Face large audiences with ability to think on the feet
- Travel flexibility - domestic and international
